Kildow's left ski slid out as she came off a dip. Her problem began on a series of bumps. Her right knee buckled as she fell. She went airborne for about 15 feet and landed hard on her back. Everyone is saying that she is as tough as nail. She will recover and may participate in these games. Austrian Hermann Maier had his own crash in the downhill at Nagano. Those are memorable events. Spills come with the games. They are part of the drama that mother Nature stages. Lindsey Kildow will be in command again.
